Satellite - links mobile and local imaging
Whereas the Hub provides an online storage of your handyscope pictures, the Satellite service allows wireless synchronization of your mobile handyscope data with your local FotoFinder imaging system. Thus, your handyscope can be integrated into an existing FotoFinder installation and pictures taken outside the practice can be uploaded to your central FotoFinder database in a fast and efficient way for administration and backup. If you wish, Satellite makes your complete patient list available on your handyscope device.
Synchronize multiple devices
The FotoFinder Satellite service can handle one or multiple handyscope devices. This means that several handyscopes can upload images into one central FotoFinder database, e.g. in a hospital network. The communication between the mobile handyscope and the central FotoFinder database is established in a WIFI network and does not require the Internet. The synchronization can be encrypted in a secured WIFI installation.
